About the event
We can develop empathic and compassionate attitudes through practice and reflection. Empathy and compassion are concrete ways to love ourselves and others.
The world needs more empathetic and compassionate beings, capable of listening, responding instead of reacting, understanding and acting from honesty and empathy.
We recommend you enter the platform at 6:30 PM to verify that everything technological works properly. At 6:45 PM we will start the class.
This webinar will be held for free and on the ZOOM platform.
