We design workshops for teams to develop Nonviolent Communication skills that foster greater awareness of the relationship between communication, well-being, and efficiency.
We offer short interventions as well as in-depth internal training programs.

Consulting services

Consulting and support for leadership and HR.
We assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes through empathic listening to needs within cultural and communication frameworks.
We design tailor-made leadership development programs to strengthen connection, collaboration, and organizational well-being.

Support to Communities

We have experience supporting the human fabric of communities, particularly by assisting teams that work with them — such as social workers, psychologists, and community facilitators.

Educational institutions

We bring Nonviolent Communication into education.
We run for 5 years a program for youth at Colegio Santo Tomás Chía, where some students become mentors and now they teach and listen to their peers.
