Workshop for young people from 15 to 17 years old in non-violent communication (December)
We have been teaching Nonviolent Communication to 11th grade youth for 3 years. We have discovered that everything we share with them is something that reaches deep into their hearts and minds. It will be a fun, deep and transformative space.

About the event
Young people are living a stage where they need tools to listen to themselves, connect with their bodies in a loving and compassionate way, they need to trust and have hope, and above all, they need to be listened to and accompanied. This will be a safe space where they can discover their internal GPS, share with peers and take self-management and emotional co-regulation tools with them.
