Basic course of full communication (Nonviolent)

Details about the course:

Each week we will address a topic where we will learn from experience. 

In the classes our body, mind and emotions will take center stage. 

Every week we will meet for two hours and we will have an activity to develop during the week and thus internalize what we work on in each meeting.

Hours and days: Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM

Start date: Tuesday, February 11, 2020 (with a break on Tuesdays, February 18, March 10 and 17)

End date: Tuesday, April 21, 2020

Number of classes: 8 classes of two hours each.

Readings before each class.

Theory

Practical exercises, role plays and feedback

Focus on the integration of what has been learned from practical exercises between classes.

What you will learn:

- How to make conscious the judgments and comparisons that take you away from yourself and others.

- How to integrate the Nonviolent Communication process into daily life.

- How to listen actively and empathically.

- How to express yourself authentically, clearly, honestly and assertively.

- How to make orders, express a "no" and also be able to receive orders and the "no" from others.

- How to build relationships based on respect, honesty and non-violence.
