Introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
NVC is a knowledge and way of seeing life in which communication helps us to take care of life, listen empathically, express ourselves authentically and connect with ourselves and others. It is a way of relating to each other that the world and the beings we want need healthier, more empathetic and collaborative ties.
The CNV proposes principles and practices that allow us to connect with what we value and have tools to improve our intrapersonal and interpersonal communication. It is also a great tool for social change.
